If you want to book us for your wedding but are not sure how much time you’ll need, we can secure your date and figure out the details later. Once we’ve nailed down what photographs you want (your run sheet), it’ll become clearer how much time you’ll need. You can always add more time or a second photographer later as well.

This really depends on the number of guests, the events of the day, and a variety of other factors. We generally deliver around 100 photographs an hour. For 9 hours of photography, and with one photographer, you could expect to receive between 700 and 1000 photographs.

You’re really not alone in this! We work with many couples who are not keen on being photographed, and we take great care to get the best out of even the most reluctant subjects. We've been photographing weddings and engagements for over 15 years and have spent much time helping people relax and forget we're even there.

We're confident we can anticipate where we need to be and when. However, one photographer can’t be in two places at once. If your wedding has 100 guests, we highly recommend adding a second photographer to your packages. We work together to get the fullest coverage possible. An additional photographer may shoot details and candid shots while the primary photographer is taking formal group photos. They also help with holding props and lighting gear and helping make sure you get the best memories possible.

We know you’ll be desperate to see the photos, so we'll send you a sneak peek within 7 days. Your full gallery of online photos will usually be delivered within 3-4 weeks. However, with wedding photography during peak wedding season, it may be up to 8-10 weeks. Don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated with how everything’s going. The digital photographs are professionally and expertly edited, which takes time.

To secure your date, we’ll send an agreement. This covers what to expect and what services we provide so you have it all down in writing. You’ll book your date for weddings with a $1000 non-refundable deposit. The full balance is due two weeks before your wedding via bank transfer or credit card payment. We can discuss this at our initial call if you’d like to spread out payments with a payment plan.

Yes, we can arrange a payment plan, or use Genoapay. We have also had clients whose guests purchased vouchers to contribute to the cost of their albums.

When your full gallery is delivered, we’ll provide a code for any print credit included in your package. Our professional print shop is built directly into your online gallery, making it simple to order beautiful, high-quality prints and products straight from your collection. Digital files are just the beginning. We’ll guide you through meaningful, tangible ways to turn your photographs into lasting keepsakes.
