We are happy to do additional photos when staff are added to or change. This is usually done at the same price as your initial headshot quote per person with a travel and admin fee of $100 + GST. Ask for a quote to update your team photo!

Yes, all images come with natural retouching. The idea is that no one should notice the retouching itself but just admire your complexion as a whole. Additional skin retouching can be added on by request. Read this blog for more information on what retouching includes.

Around 80% of the people we photograph don’t love having their headshots taken. However, the feedback we often get is that it was a much better and fun experience than they anticipated!

We have the gift of our own studio as well as a huge library of beautiful location options to recommend. We can show you galleries with how each space looks in an image. Let us know if you have your heart set on a particular look, and we can talk about locations.

The timeframe required for each headshot depends on the style you select and how many images you need of each person. If you are doing lifestyle imagery where every team member is photographed in a slightly different way or in a different space, we may need up to 10 minutes for each person. If the background and posing are the same for each person, it will be quicker. We also appreciate having time to chat with each person who is in front of the lens so they get comfortable with us before we begin to photograph them.

If you’ve booked an outdoors shoot, we’re comfortable shooting in a range of light conditions, and overcast skies often create beautifully soft results. Rain or heavy wind may require a date change or change of location. If conditions aren’t suitable for your outdoor session, we’ll reschedule or adjust the plan to ensure the best possible outcome.

Proofing Galleries will be available to view within 5 business days of the Photoshoot. If applicable, favourite images need to be selected within 21 business days after images have been delivered. Fully edited purchased images will be available within 10 business days. If the Client requires images to be delivered in a shorter time frame then an additional cost may be applicable.

If additional team members need to be photographed after your original session whether they’ve recently joined the business or weren’t available on the day, you’re welcome to book a follow-up session in the Studio or on location to match your existing imagery.
As this is a separate booking, it’s priced at our current individual or team headshot rate and may include a small setup fee where additional planning or travel is required.

Of course! Additional images can be quoted for and added to the invoice after the shoot.

Your gallery will be live for 24 months after it is first sent out. Images can be downloaded in high and low resolution within that period.

Post production/editing includes applying my custom colour preset and correcting colour/skin tones, straightening and cropping if needed, black and white version of the image (on request/if included in quote), removing background distractions, lght retouching. A small fee may be charged for special requests, please check your contract or invoice for inclusions.
